FAQ - My order
All Kool Lagoon orders will be processed in Singapore Dollars (S$).
We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are also accepted.
Prior to confirming your order, carefully review the total amount and content(s) within your cart.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its delivery activity while it makes its way to you. You can also log into your Kool Lagoon account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.
We know sometimes you may want to change your order after hitting the order button. Email us here within 6 hours of placing your order if you wish to edit your order. However, once your order is shipped, we will not be able to change it.
To cancel your order, please email us here within 6 hours after order has been placed. No cancellation is allowed after an order has been processed.
Each order is carefully inspected and packaged within a box, for your convenience. As part of our go green plan, your receipt is sent via email and not included within the parcel.
Verify that you entered the promotion code exactly as shown, without spaces. Additionally, verify the date you are using the promotion code falls into the applicable date range. Once these are confirmed, if the problem persists, please contact us at contact@koollagoon.
